In addition to his work with Diode, James has multiple pending IP claims in the area of click routing and a unique inventory management system and is setting up an AI agency with his teams in 3 different continents and sub-continents which is focused on creating a new tool for upskilling live agents and enhancing efficiency and performance in customer support environments. He is committed to addressing cybersecurity challenges and is focused on enhancing customer acquisition and privacy in the VPN market.

James has always had a keen interest in MultiMedia and recently built a Jellyfin media server for video-on-demand services across the blockchain and is developing shipping container off-grid data centres powered by solar technology, aiming to reduce CO2 footprints for businesses to maintain communications during disasters and assist with building a backbone for resilient comms.
